Caleb Wheeler is the founder and CEO of Wheeler Contractors, Inc. (WCI), a premier design-build and land development firm based in Central Texas. With over 25 years of experience in construction, heavy equipment operation, and site development, Caleb has grown WCI into a trusted name known for delivering complex, high-quality projects with speed, precision, and accountability.
Throughout his career, Caleb has completed and managed over 2,000 projects, including large-scale residential builds, commercial facilities, multifamily developments, and major land development efforts such as lakes, dams, and infrastructure systems. His extreme attention to detail and relentless drive for excellence are evident in every phase of work—from planning and grading to final buildout.
Caleb has also built a senior leadership team with more than 75 years of combined experience across residential, commercial, multifamily, and land development sectors. Together, they bring a solution-driven approach to every project, earning WCI a reputation for tackling the tough jobs others shy away from.
Outside of work, Caleb’s greatest passions are family, the outdoors, and land. When he’s not building or leading a project, you’ll likely find him hunting, fishing, or working the land with his wife and two daughters. His love for the outdoors and hands-on lifestyle is deeply connected to his work and continues to drive his commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and legacy building through WCI.
